Demand & Needs
The FSA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. It requires that we inform you of the key information before the conclusion of the insurance contract. Use this information to decide if our services are right for you.
Who regulates us?
FIUK.com Ltd., trading as AntInsurance, are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Our FSA number is 313773 and our registered address is 12 Littleworth Road, Esher, Surrey KT10 9PD
Our permitted business includes:
- Arranging (bringing about) deals in investments for non Investment Insurance Contracts
- Making arrangements with a view to transactions in investments for non Investment Insurance Contracts
- Dealing in investments as agent for non Investment Insurance Contracts

Whose products do we offer?
We offer products supplied by Bankers Insurance Company Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Their FSA Register number is 202735.
Which service will we provide you with?
You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will need to make your own choice about how to proceed.
What will you have to pay us for our services?
No fee. We will be paid commission by the product provider.
What do I do if I have a complaint?

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Are you covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
Yes we are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.
For compulsory classes of insurance, insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the claim, without any upper limit.
