Yours is less than a 10th of Northern Rock's price and you can quote me on that. They want to charge me £94 a month and you offer it for £8.70p a month, they just don't compare.

Your prompt response in this matter compelled me to write this e-mail. Here I was expecting to chase this matter for days on end. I was most pleasantly surprised to find how quickly you dealt with my cancellation request. As promised you followed the next day with a phone call & an e-mail - BRAVO. Often big companies are very good at taking your money but fail to provide the after service. Take my car insurance company for example. Although I had to regretfully cancel my policy, however I would gladly recommend Antinsurance to friends & family.
