We use a 128-bit secure encryption through a secure socket layer which is the internet standard for the secure transmission of data.

Once you submit your online application, your policy should start within the next 2 working days. Your Welcome Pack, which will include your Policy Scedule, Policy Summary and Terms and Conditions will arrive by post within 7-10 days.

No money will be taken from your account until 10 days after receipt of your Welcome Pack. There are 4 Direct Debit dates available, the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of each month. Your allocated date will be on your Policy Schedule when it arrives and you may change this date at this point if you wish.

Please note: If you have more than one payment protection policy, either with us or another provider, the combined monthly benefit must not exceed 65% of your gross monthly income. Additionally, the maximum benefit that Ant Insurance will protect per customer is £1500 (for Mortgage Protection policies) or £1000 (for Income Protection policies).

Once you apply you have a 30 day cooling off periodany payments already made will be refunded. After that you may cancel the policy at any time, without penalty, giving just one month's written notice.
